RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Formative Element makes returns and exchanges painless.

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason, simply send it back to us within 10 days***.

Please email our customer support team at info@formativeelement.com before you ship any items back.  Once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a store credit code. You can use this code towards a purchase of a different size, color or a different item.  This code will never expire!

 

*** Sorry but we currently do not accept returns and exchanges from International orders!

*** ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL - NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS!

  • Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed & un-damaged with original tags & packaging).
  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit. Once you get your code, just place a new order at www.formativeelement.com
  • Shipping fees will not be credited unless we shipped you the wrong item!
  • Return and exchange shipping fees are payable by customer
  • We do not accept returns from international orders!
  • Processing returns takes 3-5 business days.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for store credit to fully process.
  • All terms are subject to change.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and DO NOT offer refunds for lost packages.
